Great news, my gladiator got delivered yesterday. Terrible news is the dealer hasn't received the title yet. So here I am waiting for the title to arrive so I can drive it off the lot lol just my luck, but it does look good sitting there

Mine came in Friday (9/17) ordered 7/12.

Had some huge issues with my dealer. They raised the agreed upon price by $2k, the CAI I ordered didn't have the vent cut-out and they're stance is "it doesn't come with one", they didn't top off the fluids, we closed so late I had to come back yesterday to get the second key (I'm an hour away), and worst of all their attitude on every issue was to belittle me and dismiss my concerns as I just don't know what I'm talking about. (Meanwhile, I taught them a thing or two about how the vehicle and options actually work - for instance they'd never seen the Bluetooth speaker and didn't know what the charging dock behind the seat was for).
While it was frustrating, Sgt Glados finally came home Friday night:

I picked up my Sport with the CAI yesterday and it also did not have the vent cut out or bezel. I sent Customer Care an Email about it this morning.

Did you end up paying the extra $2k? How did the dealer justify the additional charge?

Their justification was that half of the $4k off that they offered was for financing through them, and if I did the 0% incentive OR another bank, I don't get that.
However when I ordered and asked about financing they specifically told me that financing offers depends on current incentives at the time I took delivery and "No matter what, THIS PRICE doesn't change" (meaning the $4k off). They claimed that was always assuming I'd finance through them at normal interest rates, but I specified twice during the order that I was interested in the 0% incentive they had been offering on the Rubicon.

In the end I paid it. It was that or re-order through Mall of Georgia (at 5-7% below invoice), but then I'd be back in the waiting game, with a recent inquiry on my credit report, and possibly loose the Sarge Green color (since it could get pushed to a 2022, and who knows if they'll continue that color). I was worn down and I gave in.

Yeah, I plan to do the same. What really upset me was they way they treated me - like I was a moron who didn't know what I ordered because that's not part of the CAI.

You should have played hardball and not gave in. Just remember, you get to fill out the survey about your experience. They’re pretty stupid to do that since that survey means everything to them. So hit them where it hurts with complete honesty.

Yikes, sounds like they were trying to bully you into walking away from the order so they could sell it on their lot at their markup - willing to bet you it would've been a lot more than 2k if you had walked away.
