Justforjeeps.com - NO Response to Order Questions and Delivery

Just as the title...Placed an order, said it would ship in 1-3 days. It hasn't shipped. I sent emails, chats, text messages... no response. They don't have a phone number on their website... Anyone have their phone number or should I call my credit card company and dispute the charge?

I've ordered some stuff off there and didn't have an issue. Don't have a phone number.

How long has it been since you ordered?

I purchased trail rails from them in February. No issues. Posted a thread at the time since I hadn't heard of them. Positive responses.

Ordered on Thursday. Everything was in stock. They said in my automated email 1-3 business days it will be shipped. Followed up Monday with their chat... no response. Sent an email later.... no response. So yesterday tried the “text” function. No response. They say “we respond within 2 hours”. Well it’s been 2 days and counting...

This is all correct. I’ve worked with them before, been to their location, and had services performed by that dealership, through JustforJeeps. They have a whole little “Jeep Gift Shop” at the dealership operated by JustforJeeps.

The just for Jeeps people I’ve worked with—Matt, I think—was usually really great with info and follow-ups. I would not necessarily recommend you ever have the dealership do any work, but JustforJeeps is legit.

As I frequently notice: Some businesses succeed in spite of themselves, some good ones die out despite seemingly doing everything right.

They are a good company, but I've learned to email them in advance to see if items are really in stock - they've been honest to me on their actual stock level.
