Eesh. I know it can happen to anyone, but knowing those are walmart specials doesn't help the mental aspect. I've already put my 5th wheel into rotation about 5k miles ago so all i can tell you is it's not happening to everyone at least, and therefore not something you should continue to expect after your warranty replacement by Kenda.

I"ve also put probably 5K on mine since I got them on 2 different Jeeps and not had any issues. Hopefully just a fluke.

Figured I would be caught in the middle, so let the games begin. Kenda will not honor warranty because they say Walmart.com is not an authorized dealer, Walmart.com said the purchase was over 90 days old and Walmart store said I would have to deal with Walmart.com.

Interesting, I almost bought a set, I'd be pissed.... I'd have assumed Walmart was the dealer for these, as I've never seen them anywhere else.

I know giga tire sells them. But given how kenda said walmart isnt an authorized dealer…id verify giga is before buying.

I can vouch for giga being a legit website. On my second set of tires from them.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune but I empathize as I purchased takeoffs with only 600 miles on them that had "damage" and two of which won't balance.

This has now killed ANY desire for a future Kenda..... I always assumed it was a Walmart Brand because that was how we find them.

The fact they are playing this shit? When it's always known as a Walmart Tire? BS!!

Sorry for your loss OP, but I know now not to even shop tires at WalMart..... they should support their sold product.

Thankfully the other four are holding up good with about 5k miles on them. Now had I bought them through my local Wally-World store, i think a replacement would have been issued. Something for folks to keep in mind for the future, if Walmart ever has another crazy tire sale again, go through your local store to purchase.

This was my first time buying tires this way, on-line, and most likely my last. Will support my local tire shops moving forward.
