I know that you can program all the doors and tailgate to unlock with one click of the key fob. This is how I have mine set up for. There most likely won't be a solution for the tail gate because that is unlocked AFTER you touch and pull the front door handles on one equipped with passive unlock. Even with the fob you have to give it two presses - one for driver/front, the other for back/tailgate.
There's no sensor back there and bluetooth would unlock the front doors unless there's some way they can tie into the built-in jeep security, the BCM, to also unlock the rear and tailgate. There's no technology back there.
They would have to configure it so that when you were within range it unlocked ALL locks at the same time.
These other solutions are add-in modules, not sure how they'd tie in and not trigger the alarms by unlocking the thing without going through the security to disable that as well!
If it was an older vehicle, say a 94 Jeep ZJ all they have to do is tie into the lock motor circuit and power it up.
With these they have to disable the security THEN unlock by powering the lock motors (some call them solenoids but they are really little motors that work so fast - at least on older vehicles with power locks, they appear as solenoids)
Whatever the 3rd party does they have to tie directly into the Jeep security - otherwise, well, it would be the same as trying to break in.
This will be interesting.
