Ordered some kmc riot wheels, machined face and black rings.

Reason for going with this wheels is obviously being able to air down more. The added bonus is dual valve stems, being able to dump air and have pressure Guage on the other will be nice. Going to install either the power valve stems or apex.

I should have them instsll next week.

KMC makes a nice wheel. I run em on my buggy.
Wanted to put a set of KMC Grenades on my Gladiator but they were too pricey for me.

My buddy put some on his JK and I was impressed with the quality. Walmart has them on sale for $55 off each so I had discount tire match the price. At least for quality wheel for a purpose they really are not horrible in price when on sale lol.

Yes I know what your doing but its more $ and much more likely to get damaged than a std rubber valve stem. Requires you to use compression seals that can/will leak. Use this type before and never again just to many long term issues.

Standard valve stem are a compression fitting as well with no mechanical lock. Different style but same concept. They will all leak eventually, the ones i am looking at are a more low profile and do not add length. When off roading valve stems get trashed eventually.

I use these on my KMC's they're protected behind the lip pretty well, not saying they cant get damaged but they're not "Out there" either. Air down in a really quick jiffy though.
Yep another plus side for having bead locks lol. Non beads lock wheels I've ripped a few stems off. Doesn't matter really what you run it si happen lol.

Great Price and Good looking wheel, definitely beats LiteBright's wheel prices on their billet machined wheels https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/...utlaw-beadlock-wheel-17x9-8x6-5-38mm-machined
Can't wait to see your mounted!

Billet is an expensive way to manufacture. Some places I'll pay for it but not when it comes to wheels that will rub on rocks lol. Cast is actually stronger then billet in most cases but billet will give higher tolerance and quality. Never ending battle in the AR-15 worlds lol. Oh and I will never spend $900 for 1 wheel lol thats crazy.

I've got KMC Grenade Crawls in Black with Machined Rings on mine and went with the Monster Valve KMC Edition in one stem hole and factory TPMS sensors in the other. The Monster Valves air down just as fast as the Apex, but can air up a lot faster when using the Monster Chuck.

I would go that route but I don't use a Co2 tank to air up. I have a on board air system and regular valve work.

I currently don't have a Co2 Tank either, so the Monster Chuck only helps when airing up from the Compressor in my garage. I do like how stout the Monster Valves are, but if I had went with wheels that only had one valve stem hole, I would have went with the Apex RPV's.
