Those are done, as needed, by the dealer. They usually don't do updates without a TSB, Recall, or Codes showing a problem. There are some updates automatically downloaded to the truck, if you have the 8.4" Uconnect system.

Though this is a good site. i can say that it doesnt update on all recalls and TSBs, or even avaulable updates realted to compalints. ive had two PCM and one TCM update performed on the JT, none of which were listed on that site. That very well may be because one of the pcm, and the tcm, updates were after I told my dealer about an issue I was having.
