Changing my oil today, and noticed both rear falcons appear to be leaking... Installed them last November with my Clayton lift. Has anyone here had issues or had to use their warranty?

Yeah I'm pretty surprised and decently disappointed. I did a lot of research and bought these based on the reviews, certainly expected better than 5 months out of them, I haven't even done any wheeling on them through the winter. Only 4800 miles on the truck! I reached out to clayton where I bought them, but I assume they are going to direct me to Teraflex for warranty.

That’s odd. You can’t buy these directly from TeraFlex, right? At least I didn’t. You shouldn’t have to go direct for warranty if you had to go through an independent distributor. I’ll reach out to the shop tomorrow where I bought these and find out how I would initiate a warranty claim and let you know.

Heard back from Clayton, and as expected was directed to Teraflex for the warranty. Got the following:

"Thank you for the photos and proof of purchase we have two options for warranty

First option is make you an RMA and have you ship the shocks into us to have them rebuilt does take a couple of weeks you will have to pay for shipping to us and once they are done we will ship them back to you.

Second option is to build a new shock does take 3–4 weeks and then ship it out to you once you get the new shock put the leaking ones back in the box that the new ones came in let me know when you are ready to send them back, and I will make you an RMA and send you a shipping label"

I'm pretty happy with this, at least I don't have to have the jeep up on jacks for three weeks, I think it's great of them to do it this way. I'll keep this thread updated as the claim progresses. So far, I'm pretty happy with how it's going.
