My JT is my first Jeep with leather seats (or an automatic transmission for that matter) and my passenger seat lower side bolster failed and just laid flat underneath the leather. My passenger seat is rarely used in comparison to the driver seat and the Jeep is only 7 months old with 8k miles. Is this a common issue? Will Jeep make a fuss when I pull in to the dealer and ask for a warranty repair for this? Thanks!

A picture is worth a thousand words...
That being said, the seats are covered under warranty.

I had my seats repaired under warranty in my Camry 3 times because the fabric loosensed up and looked like $h!t.
