I adjusted mine when I first bought it to the many proper adjustment tutorials on line. Google it. They were high from the factory. I re-adjusted them after the 1.5" level, then again after I put the 2.5" on. I've never been flashed at.
Two adjustment screws near top of the grill. It's so easy. Just do it. There is no excuse except laziness.
does forgetfulness count!

Yes. Officially pardoned.;)
I think if everyone, even stock, would measure the cutoff point against a garage door or wall, they may be surprised at the factory adjustment.

Mine is actually very close left to right level. now as far as up and down, I can not say. I did check my fog lights after steel bumper install

About the only time I get flashed is while crossing RR tracks or cresting a hill.

Sometimes there's just nothing that can be done and people just want to whine.

Have checked mine several times. I set them lower than original to keep them out of peoples rear view mirrors.

People need to take into account the road condition/construction and understand.

If you ever mess with the suspension or tires the lights need to be adjusted. with a leveling kit any decent payload can also cause the lights to point up more than they would stock. Something to think of for sure there.

I just put the Oracles in on mine and didn't adjust yet but they seem pretty dead on, honestly a little low based on an initial test. I did get two people to flash me, but honestly they were both at hills that I watched and had no control over.

I installed the Oracle Oculus recently and think mine are a little low as well.

I wonder if they just error that side to be safe. I know my drivers side one needs to come up to meet the right, but I think I will leave them where they are since I already got flashed on a hill. Do you plan on adjusting your's up?

I plan to adjust mine up just slightly. As it is now, the headlights often don't illuminate road signs.
