For over a decade, I have used a DIY solution using Harbor Freight LED lights that are super bright offroad. Here is a link to my post in another thread.

I have these same lights under my adventure motorhome since we spend a lot of time boondocking during the winter…

Pretty easy install on a Gladiator, so might be an option…

if you decide to go with DD, check out hotshot offroad, they're based out on Montana so no sales tax and fast shipping, they're great to deal with...they don't sell jeep specific parts, but do sell pods and such
