my buddy is a Heyday salesman and has a demo we’re going to use. It’s the big H22

Tow weight is 6,700 dry - 40 gallon fuel tank.

So that’s under the Max Tow weight but over what mine says on the sticker. Can I tow without damage?

ps I’m not planning on buying that size boat, I’ll get the smallest one

I would say it depends, are you talking about towing a few miles on relatively flat or towing hundreds of miles through the mountains. Also remember the 6,700 is no gas (add 240#) and gear. Plus keep in mind that passengers and gear in the Jeep lower capacity of truck.

Surprised it has such a small fuel tank with a 370hp base motor.
What model JT do you have?

Stock at moment, lift and 35s coming next week. Drift boat and trailer I am guessing roughly 1100lbs. Hopefully It won’t be too bad on 3.73 after lift and tires added next week.

Towed my buddies boat for him a while back. 25' Grady White with twin Yamaha 150's. Fully loaded was around 6800#s. At this point i still had stock 4:10's and 33's. I do have airbags in the rear as well. I was really surprised at how well it got the boat out of the water and drove down the road. The trailer did have surge brakes that im not a huge fan of but whatever.
