So my garage setup is slightly different. Or not. Three car garage. The third spot is for the Mustang. It's been partially walled off so the grandson's toys (of which there are way too many, thank you Grandma!) don't get anywhere close to bumping/scratching/denting the stang. One issue I have is I need to mount the winch high enough that it doesn't get accidentally bumped and let down. Because if there's even a remote chance that it can happen, it will at my house.
And I need it as high and as possible. We have 8' ceilings in the garage and we're out there a lot working on my son's Camaro, the Mustang or any number of projects.
And since I'm off work for the next week as I'm changing jobs, this might be a good project to occupy my time and keep my mind from work.
