Lift swap

Had to cancel my lift order for our 2021 sport model due to shipping times. Found a take off from a 2021 Rubicon for a great price. My Question is other than the sway bar disconnects what are some things I might run into?

What brand lift? Everything should be the same between the Sport and Rubicon models given the same engine, even the sway bar links.

Depends on what you got. Some kits use front sway bar links to replace rear. Should be no difference as the sway bar disconnect in a Rubicon is internal and not on link. I think the springs are corner specific and you can tell which goes where by part number. Mainly just springs, shocks, and control arms if they included those.
