Nothing at all? Strange. I contacted them a year ago and I got a response from them, maybe they changed from that moment. They used to be a good company, but after their management made some changes, it seems that they went in the wrong direction. Anyway, if you want to solve this in the best way possible, you can read in this guide https://brodmin.com/invoicing/types-of-invoices/ what options do you have, and choose the best on according to the situation.Dont count on Kent ever getting back to you especially if you place an order with him. I have been trying for two weeks to get an update from him on order without success. I have tried email, text, phone call. No response what so ever.
