Longest Continuous Drive in Your JT?

Last week. 5.5 hours from Tennessee to St. Louis about 320 miles, next day St. Louis to KC another 300 miles and about 4.5 hours. Next day KC to Denver, this was about 820 miles and took me 10 hours with stops. Ended up about 1250 miles in 3 days.

Haha whoops. I was thinking about how it was an 8:20 minute drive with no stops and put that in miles.

Put 700+ miles on it driving it home after picking it up two states away.

About 400 miles and 6 hours for me. Previously had a 4 hour trip that was only about 30 miles

We've got about 70k miles on our 2020 Gladiator Rubicon, acquired in October 2019 (2 years now). Of these about 45k miles have been on *long* overland trips (each of 5k-9k miles), family of 4 - mix of off and on road (10%/90%) ; our last trip involved NJ-PA-OH-IN-IL-WI-MN-SD-WY-MT-ID-WA-OR-CA-NV-UT-CO-NE-IA-IL-IN-OH-PA-NJ, total of around 9k+ miles; all of the trips involved pulling a Patriot camper. I'd say very fun to drive and does well over the long distances with the only caveat being the comfort of the seats themselves (we use tempurpedic style seat/back cushions for this). Other than that, super fun, has all of the connectivity and tech you need, good sound system, lights, etc. No issues, on or off road. Longest single day driving was close to 900 miles with drivers doing alternating duties.

So, first day was 14 hrs. 813 miles. Second day, 6 hours, 145 miles.
Day 3 will be 13 hrs, 753 miles

In about a month, 577 miles will be our longest trip in the JT…Houston to Destin, FL.

As of now, 272 miles is the longest…Houston to Baton Rouge. I love trips in this thing. Comfy and fun.

Current record is 1200mi in a day, towing one of my other cars at that and second time ever seeing my truck haha

Couple weeks before that, right about 1000mi in a day from the dealership to parents' house with a quick stop at the Tail of the Dragon

In September, I drove from Florida to Michigan and back in my Mojave. Wednesday I leave for Asheville where I am having an Alu-Cab canopy installed by Asheville Vehicle Outfitters and then we drive from there to southern Colorado where we are doing the Shadow of the Rockies trail into Wyoming. Then fishing in Wyoming for a week and then after that, driving back to Florida.

I recently did a trip from MN to Maine and back. Return trip covered 1,600 miles in 2 days with 1,000 of the 1,600 taking place in the last day. The wole trip was 3,900 miles in 8 days.

The Overland suspension is awesome for long distance. My back was sore for the return trip but i blame that on 4 nights of junk beds more than the pickup seat. Though 17 hours in the seat strait didn't help.

In September I did a trip from KC out to the west coast and back through Salt Lake and Yellow Stone. Left on a Tuesday night and arrived home about 11.5 days later. Longest leg was the last one from Yellow Stone back home, about 1142 miles. Put a total of 4932 miles on the JT and 93.5 house behind the wheel. Overall got 22.5 mpg. Overall I thought it was very comfortable. Here is a table of the main routes.

I've done 6, 11hr trips in the past 3 months that I've owned my Mojave. It's comfortable, no complaints. I stop every 3-4 hours.

Done a few long trips; 5 hrs drive after picking her up.
Drive 5.5 hr each way to see parents.
6 hr round trip in a weekend.
10.5 hr each way to the coast over 4 days.

Dose just fine. I like my seat.
