Was accelerating to merge into traffic, all of sudden lost power and cannot accelerate. It threw an error about traction control, auto start/stop; thankfully I was able to coast to the side of the road. Restarted the car and I was able to drive but with a check engine light. Pulled the codes and it was P2107 & P2100; any ideas?

2022 Rubicon with 273 miles.

A little google searching.

P2107 is a general OBD2 trouble code pointing to a malfunction within the throttle control module processor; the throttle actuator motor fails to operate and this is detected by the Engine Control Unit (ECU). Once the fault is detected, the ECU sets a Check Engine Light, which is displayed on the dashboard.

What the P2100 code means. P2100 is an OBD-II generic code which indicates that the throttle actuator control motor (TACM) circuit is open, as detected by the Engine Control Module (ECM). The throttle actuator will not work.

Had the EXACT same thing happen to me when I was about to pass somebody (obviously, I had to abort the pass) in my 22 Rubicon with about 8k miles. Restarted the car, and it worked fine. Warning light went away on its own later that day. Checked with my obd...same codes. Did u take yours in ? Any idea if I need to be concerned

Yeah be concerned, it could leave you dead in the middle lane in rush hour traffic.
Why not take it in and get it fixed?
What's the resistance?

I believe there's a TSB for this - but in any case the truck is trying to tell you there's a problem.
There are TSBs with this same 2100 code.

Fuel controller? You mean a PCM flash? There was an issue, known, related to the throttle body, throttle control motor. It's talked about a lot in other threads.
