Loud ticking when engine running

It’s especially noticeable when the hood is up, but I can also hear it when driving. I’m not sure what this is or if it’s worth me making an appointment at the dealership any advice on how to diagnose or what it could be would be appreciated.

Barely broke in. Those injectors might quiet down over time or throw some Seafoam in the fuel and see if the lube properties help out.
