I have little doubt that it was a classic TFL "mis-spoke" moment ! Going off the title of this thread. I ask, " WHAT another Pricing conundrum" ? I will non-the-less reiterate MY thoughts -- "take your (whatever build) off of the JL Wrangler Build & Price pages, add ~ $3500 to it and you'll have a close approximation of your build page MSRP ! SO, in the NUMEROUS buildings of my anticipated (not greatly anticipated) Gladiator, I went to the Wrangler JL site !
What I keep coming up with, For MY Build (with the upgraded wheels on a Sport S build) -- $ 45,320 !
add $3500 = $48,820 -- for a Sport S Gladiator. But actually it should be $995 Less, because on the JT build for the Sport S, there is no wheel upgrade (as of yet) ! SO, JT SPORT S MSRP ~ $ 47,825 - built to my spec.
Wether or not this comes to pass . . . ??? . . . But I will base my buy (or not) on it ! My build is NOT "Fully Loaded"
NOW, I do not know what a JL Wrangler Rubicon, "Fully Loaded" comes to, but I suspect someone has done the math - ? -
SO, ADD ~ $3500 to $4500 (being a Rubicon) TO THAT, and your close to your MSRP. Just guessing, but I bet it is MORE than $50K ! Is it time for more . . . -ing ?

Yup, ANYTHING to pass the time of day sharing a fox-hole during a lull in the "Shelling" ! !
My eldest brother, Larry (+12yrs), another Family Retired Military-man (me being the other) has passed on similar sentiments over the years - more so as an early teen around the dinner table (of all things) when home on furlough from any of the following - Korea, Vietnam, Germany or USA Army Bases, stationed at . Fort Benning (?), Atlanta, Georgia comes to mind . To this day I can not fathom how he has managed to mentally survive being in those 2 war zones . The
fighting in Korea had only ended about 5 years prior, and he was in Nam during the War, re-upping a 2nd tour so that his 2 youngest brothers wouldn't have to be their (so we were told) IF we got drafted. We didn't, and went on to college .
Sorry I digressed . . . memory lane, thanks for sparking the memory though ! Oh back to Pricing, sure I'd pay $90,000 for a fully loaded Grand Wagoneer, but it's gotta be in Recon Green, ha ! Oh, wrong topic . . . again ? ! Next please !

A JL with *some* of those options already exceeds that range. I'm not factoring in discounts though. Hard to factor in when you don't have a base price yet.

A 2019 JLU with similar options but automatic are selling for $37,000 in Alabama.
