Not much of an update, but the motor will be arriving early next week. AMW4x4 is starting the tear down today. They sent me some before pics. Unfortunately I'll be on a family vacation in a week and it'll be hard to update. I'll send as much info as I can.

Lite Brite went to America's Most Wanted and did a video of the engine swap process they do. Here's the link for the video, and in the beginning when he's doing the burnout you'll see Lucifer sitting in the parking lot. BTW, the truck they're showing is not mine. I love when the JT is rolling back through the smoke. The headlights look nice. Can't wait for Lucifer, are you going to tune it to 666 WHP?

Sorry for not replying sooner, I was out of town for most of June.

Yes, it will be road legal. Although florida doesn't have emissions, this swap will still have cat's.

I'm not sure if it would be CARB approved, but all of AMW 6.4 and hellcat swaps are 50 state legal as far as I know. That's probably a better question for them though.

Yes, all the vehicle functions will be retained. I drove AMW hellcat at EJS and everything worked perfectly. No check engine lights, no issues.

I'm not sure about the adaptive cruise control since that's relatively new, but I hope that works as well. I love using it on my ford for long tow trips.

Hello 5jeeplilfe, thank you. not sure on HP, that motor does 850HP but with racefuel which I won't be using, I'm guessing 800 before any tuning.

MPG??? Really... idk 8 maybe lol.

And yes I will offroad it, no mall crawlers in my garage

Ok, sorry for no updates, I'd been out of town.
As another poster mentioned above, DEMON motors are not sold as crate motors, and they're a PITA to obtain. AMW had to order the long block and blower separately. The long block took 6 weeks to arrive, but finally everything is here.

AMW will begin tear down today, and they should have the body off by tomorrow. I'll post pics during the process. Afterwards it's going to Teraflex to get a custom suspension and 60's installed. I will offroad but not the same as I do the JK. I'd like to use this more as a pre-runner style truck.

No clue, I have a jk with a 6.4 and a RIPP s/c on it. it does like 6, but when I'm wheeling, I still have about 1/2 tank left.
