Gladiator uses M14 x 1.5 lug bolt size 22mm torqued at 130 ft-lbs. but I bought some black spline lug nuts for my AEV Borahs from west Coast I think Method sells them 14mm 1.5Rh/T the front was fine but the rear studs cracked through the end of the nuts when torqued down and no I didn't use an impact.

Sounds like they aren't deep enough for your studs/wheel combo. I think I would look into a deeper set or a different set for safety.

yeah I can see that supposed to be 1.5' stud but why the rear did this & not the front ? don't worry no way I'm using them.

Probably the thickness of the rotor in the rear compared to the front, or the wheel hub itself.
