Lug heads got stripped due to impact wrench’s and over tightening so bad I bend my lug wrench straight trying to take them off. I need replacements any suggestions? I was looking on rock auto and Amazon.

Gorilla nuts for cost vs quality. If you want to go higher priced Mishimoto makes logs as well. Call up some of your local tire shops to see if they have em first. Sometimes they do. Other than that I believe they’re around $70 for the Gorillas online.

word of caution: I’d stick with the full face nuts and not the splined ones. It’s been a debate on here in the past but full face gives ME more confidence that they’ll stay in 1 piece vs a splined one.

FYI.. years ago, I purchased STEEL Splined Lugs off Amazon.. been running for over 5 years on the '21 and 2 on the '23 and 12 on the '13 JKU. They will rust if installed with an impact cracking the powder coat. Had to go that way to put the wheels on, big lugs would not fit the holes.

Check into these. I have them on all my vehicles. Very tough to remove using standard vise-grips, which is very easy to do on most wheel locks. https://advancedlocks.com/

I have locking Gorilla's (black) that was recommended when I bought my wheels.
The local garage does my rotations, etc. I have to provide them with the special 'socket' to remove them. I haven't seen any issues with coatings coming off, or anything.

Gorilla for the win. I think these have been discontinued. Been looking for a set of four to replace the locking ones. Getting rid of the locks. If someone wants the wheels bad enough to jack up the truck to take the wheels, they can have them.

Jeep Gladiator Lug nut replacements??? 1786303117462-sm

My concern is getting them OFF. I can tighten to 130 all day long. Getting the same lug off is a totally different story.

Got it; thanks! The key is pretty beefy, and the system is quality-made. They only caution against using an impact wrench to avoid over tightening. Other than this, just let them know the type of wheel they are going to be installed on so they can match the lug seat, and whether you want chrome or black. I did opt to have them key all my vehicles the same just to keep things simple, and hide a spare key in each vehicle.

Would you mind snapping a pic of what they look like on your wheels, next time you're walking to/from your Jeep in the light when you got a sec?
