Kevman and Solar. Hope your not right but there is a good chance you are. I did park by the curb last night.
I've been through it, that's why it came to mind so fast.

I'd get the whole front end checked out. Ball joints, bearings, steering parts, knuckles, U-joints, axles.

I'd bet the drag link is bent, which is why it won't adjust enough to get the wheel straight. I'd start with a drag link upgrade and go from there.

Unfortunately, not the drag link. It is snug. The tech at the dealership attempted to do an alignment and the link is now fully collapsed. No further adjustment is possible, and the wheel is still 45 deg off center. Thanks though...
This baffles me. Any basic mechanic would know how to do this and diagnose the problem and fix it. It’s going to be tough for people guessing in the internet to help you unless you have some pics and something looks off. Time to find a real mechanic. Good luck!

Dealerships especially CDJR ones aren't what they used to be

The fact that the dealer tech attempted an alignment and didn't automatically diag bent components just peeves me to no end. How do they just straight up miss this? Come on CJDR i know you wanna be inclusive with "affirmative action" and all. But hiring straight up blind people to work on cars is gonna get somebody hurt or killed.
