Mine is loud-ish as well. I read a post about a guy putting weather stripping around the windshield when he had it folded down. I took a look at mine and I will do the same once it warms up. As I drive I can feel lots of cold air coming in from the windshield all up the A pillar on both sides. Major reason my windshield won’t stay clear when it snows.
Like, it comes in bad. Anyone else notice?

Yeah I have noticed that as well which sucks. But the cold pouring in through the windshield doesn’t help things. I was also mentioning it because of all the wind noise that comes with it. As far as trying to make it quieter in the cabin.
Is your Jeep still under warranty?

I have not used this on my Gladiator yet as I went for knee replacement surgery a week after I picked it up.
That said, I used it on my '12 JK and it sealed up all the leaks, even my half door uppers, and did quiet it down some in the winter with the hard top.
I will be installing this on my Gladiator as soon as it warms up. Only been above freezing here a few days in the last month.
This stuff works, and the support they give is unreal.

So I have driven F-150 's for a long time and was very happy. I was looking for a beater TJ at the local dealership and I saw my Stingray diesel. I was in no way going to go from a Ford Lariat to a Jeep Gladiator. I drove it and was impressed and fell in love. I don't notice a lot of road noise maybe it's because I smile when I drive it.

You want the quietest jeep possible?

1. hardtop
2. headliner
3. Assassin strips (or equivalent) between headliner and hardtop.
4. armorlite flooring
5. Assassin strips (or equivalent) between armorlite flooring and cab floor.
6. Assassin strips (or equivalent) inside door panels.
7. Street tires

Personally, i think a jeep is a jeep. I run my sunrider year round, take my doors off every chance I can get, and run 3PMS ATs because i enjoy hitting the beach, the trail, and driving around in the snow looking for stuck vehicles to help out (i've pulled 5 people out of snow/ice in the past two weeks).

A combination of 80 mil, 200 mil sound matting and a coverking headliner has done a lot for making it quieter in the cab of my truck, the topper is now a bit heavier however, ha.

Has anyone found a reliable way to quiet down the road noise inside the cab of a Gladiator?
Turn up the radio?
I installed the foam insulation package on my hard top roof, it made a very slight decrease in noise. It did make a significant difference cooling during Florida summers by reducing the heat from the black top in the sun.
It also aided heating the interior during Minnesota winters.

My Gladiator is so much more quiet than my wife's Rubicon JL with all the same measures taken. Its a box on wheels, I knew going in what t expect but pleasantly surprised and happy with my Gladiator and how much more quite it is in comparison

There really is no way. The noise comes from the air trying to get in from all the spaces between the top. If you remove the back panel you'll find to large breathers which let in a ton of noise. Turbulence and tires the hmm of the open road.
