i found a loaded out rubicon for 20k off the last day of 2023 so it helped on the expensive build parts

Thanks, You have a nice rig as well. The red looks awesome. I was following your build before I got mine as I was wanted to do a similar build. I was looking for a Diesel but couldn't find one with the specs I wanted and happened to come across this one which is a fully loaded rubicon minus the leather interior with everything I would have done to it anyways for way cheaper than it would have cost to build it so I grabbed it. I personally don't care for the white and would have preferred Punk'n but overall I can't complain because it is a super nice build and so far it has gone everywhere I tried taking it. Heading this weekend to go up to Utah and then heading back down through Colorado.

The switch install is a breeze. It is all plug and play. You just unplug the starter relay and plug in the new relay and then just route the wires where you want them. The hardest part for me is trying to find the switch. I can never remember the exact spot that I put it, I just remember the general area that it is at. Life has been a little crazy but was able to make it out to the Jeeps & Taco event this last weekend. They had an RTI Ramp so tested the flex out and got measured at just over 44 inches.

Nice, I don't think it has ever been that clean again. I have a ton of new parts for it just don't have time to get them installed yet. Hopefully in the next few weeks things will calm down a little and I can find a weekend to get all the parts installed.

I was finally able to get back to working on Maximus. I got the Rough Country Full Bed Molle Panels and Rebel Off Road Bed Rails Installed. Just need a little more time to get the rest of the stuff installed.

How do you like those RC molle panels?
I've been checking some out and was concerned about the mounting brackets on those not being as solid as I would like. The brackets look like the weak point on the panels.

The panels are very sturdy. The brackets are a little on the thin side but I think they will be fine for what I am doing. I don't think I will have anything too heavy attached to them. For the price I am happy with them. I believe they were a fraction of the cost of some of the other options.

I’ve had a chance to check out reviews on Amazon and they all said they were pretty sturdy.
the others o looked at were two or three times the price so I’ll go with the RC ones.

Got the @RebelOffRoad xplor full height bed rack with headache rack installed this weekend. It's gonna be a beast to get the 72inch CVT tent on top of that. Hopefully in the next few weeks I can get start working on the front end.

I got the Noco 2D Battery Maintainer installed. I installed the NOCO plug in the rear bumper and ran the cord up to the engine bay. The cord that came with the plug wasn't long enough so I had to get a second cord and used a waterproof cover to connect them. It was also trash day so I was cleaning everything up and I had just set the maintainer in the engine bay to figure out a spot for it and accidentally threw away the box with the bracket in it so it got mounted on the fuse box for now. I also got the spare tire mounted but I don't like the bracket I used and have to make a new one to make it easier to raise and lower.

It's been awhile since I have been able to work on Maximus. I was finally able to get 4 new tires installed with tpms sensors, new drag link bar, American Iron Ball Joint Deletes, larger hydraulic ram. I still need to finish installing the hydraulic ram. I still have the Metal Cloak Full Skid plate, Wolf Box G900 Tri Pro Camera, OEM Front Trail Camera and the CVT Roof Top tent to get installed. I didn't take that many pictures this time as once I started working I just kept going.
