Measurements needed; 2.5" Ride Right and Non-Rubicon

Can someone take a couple measurements for me? I am looking for the distance from the Fender Lip to Center of the wheel (not ground up, because tires/PSI will give different measurements)

I have an Overland (gas, standard fenders) with an AEV Spacer Kit and Rubicon take-off suspension; I am wondering how much loss or gains in height will I get with the 2.5" RideRight+ kit.
