Metalcloak 3.5 game changer ride harshness

I had the same unusual experience with Metalcloak. When I received the call stating the order was processed and confirmed a delivery date, I couldn't believe it. I'm old school and still believe customer services drives business, this may have been a little overkill, but I'll take it all day long.

Ya I was very impressed with their customer service for a first time customer. The ride has dramatically improved now with correct shocks and a little bit more air out of the tires. I can hit a bump in the road without losing teeth now.
