Interesting. My Arcus is solid as brand new. Does the job. Scuff out and touch up easy as can be If I need to. Maybe you got a bad lot.
I live down in South Padre Island, TX in the colder months and it's extremely briney down here and everything rusts. The rot has seeped in between the layers and I don't think any amount of scuffing is going to help. I'm going to give an attempt and coat with POR-15 but I think the damage is done.

I went straight to their web site already!! I have always been impressed with MC workmanship! I think this may be coming in the near future. Its so hard to find a nice looking front bumper. Most are GAWD UGLY!! Like zero class in the JT bumpers!

dang, looks great! but the star of the show is that grill! Black on blue, damn man... very nice. You paint it?

I want to paint my inserts satin black, not a fan of the gray bits on my Mojave... I'll keep the grill green, but the inserts (unless I can remove them entirely, dont think thats an option though, will leave holes IIRC) would look better black.

PC is great, but thats always in the back of my mind... crud getting between, and that candy coating holding it in... the idea of paintable stuff makes more sense in my brain. Simple to touch up, see any issues that arise, etc... I like the DIY-ness of paint. I've had plenty PCd, always nice to have that done too. Maybe a LineX'd bumper? Wonder how well that'd hold up. Maybe some add on HDPE pads for rocks in key areas.

My Arcus has a couple very small spots missing PC, from rubbing on the winch, etc. Maybe in 6 months I'll pull it off and strip it, have it recoated...

You were right about the MOD bug... I am now thinking bumper and lights first then new wheels\tires.

So many options LOL. I like the Mopar from the RUBI but also the AEV. The one you posted seems a much nicer price.

You want the one with side lights or going aftermarket and mount on top?

You could always just run Spidertraxx spacers and push wheels out if you like, and run 35s or 37s with the stock gears. I ran stock gears before and another buddy is running 37s with stock gears too.
