Mojave Hood Swap for Sport Hood

Has anyone swapped the hoods? Any issues?
I have a stingray sport hood that I would like to swap for a mojave hood.

I don't think an easy swap, lots of parts besides the hood need to be changed.

Easy swap if you find a guy with a Mojave that wants a sport hood there was a guy recently did just that. You have to also change the cowls around it as the hood is higher….Jack

There are a lot of other pieces (cowl top panel, left and right cowl side trim panels, etc) that will need to be changed as the Mojave hood is higher than the rest. A great list of the needed parts here: Mojave Hood Conversion Kit - Mopar

I swapped my Mojave hood for a Wrangler's Sport hood. Yes, you have to swap cowls, but it is all very easy and do-able.

Easy - just talk one of your best friend's into buying a Jeep with the hood that you want, in the color that you want, and swap. Somehow, I actually pulled that off!!!! (and we both love our modded Jeeps).

Looking on Ebay, I came across a Soflo jeep with a hood swap, but they didn't replace all the cowl parts. I assume they didn't because of the light bar brackets, but for a company that brags about their custom jeeps, I would expect them to do better then this. That would drive me nuts.
