Does anyone know if 35s on stock wheels can fully flex with the front sway bar disconnected on the Mopar 2” Lift without rubbing anything? (specifically on a Sport S Max Tow, but open to pictures and answers about others to compare)

I cant say for sure, but with stock fenders I image you would have some rubbing in the rear for sure.

Never really thought about the rear as an issue. I read the Mopar lift is actually about 3” more than a stock Sport, and with a tire radius increase of just 2”, I can’t imagine that being an issue, but maybe.

I am more concerned with the front with the sway bar disconnected. I know plenty of people even run 37s on a sport with this setup but they look stuffed and rubbing is probable. I like the look of 37s, but the 35s with full articulation is worth more than the extra inch of clearance to me.

The amount of lift isn't really that important as is the amount of bump stop spacer in installed. You wouldn't believe the number of lifted vehicles I see come through the shop where in installer didn't even install the bump spacers!

Sorry I don't have a number/answer for you......I will when I finally get my Gladiator and tune my bumps for absolute minimum lift height.

Good point. I think I am set on this set-up either way and will have to adjust accordingly as necessary, or hopefully not at all.

Sway bar disconnects are for down travel, not up travel. Up travel will be limited by the bumpstops with or without the disconnects. You can avoid contact by running more offset (less backspace) and by ensuring your bump stops are sufficiently long to prevent contact with important bits.

I have had no issues tucking my 35s stock and with a 1" spacer and bump so I'd imagine you're fine as long as your wheel backspacing isn't too much.

Yea, I understand that. I guess I’m just wondering if anyone with the Mopar Lift (includes bump stops) has tried full flex on 35s. I want to know if this kit will complete what I am going for. Like I said, if not I can make adjustments, just curious as I impatiently await my Jeep to be built.

My plan is to bolt on my tires, flex with the forklift, and add bump spacers as needed. I will then select springs/spring spacers to get me at the desired travel to bump.

I'm in the same boat.....I have some parts here while waiting for delivery.....Hopefully this week!
