I know this thread has some dust on it.. hoping you can help, since you have experience with two of them.....

I have the Diesel(2022) with the Mopar lift installed. Had a couple questions for you:

what are the correct part #'s to make sure the springs are in the correct location (Front- left/right and Rear- left/right) ??

also, looking in your wooden crate of take off parts, can you confirm why ?? I got two spring isolators, one is gray and the other is black and they are different designs... this seems strange to me ... I figured each part taken off would be the same for each side.... shouldn't I have two black and two gray isolators ? or at least two of the same color if one was taken from each side ? like all the other parts.. any ideas ?

Thanks
So I've got nothing but bad news....

First none of my vehicles are a diesel and the diesel has a completely different kit from my 3 gas gladiators.

Second, I had my dealer install all four of our kits. I have no idea of any part numbers but like I said above it's a different kit so I'm guessing different part numbers.

Third, I sold all our take off parts and the crates almost immediately, feels like a year ago, so I don't have them.

Maybe someone else reading this can help.... Sorry!

That dealer is talking crap. It would not void your warranty. If any damage was done to the suspension and you took it in for a warranty repair, they would have to prove it in court that their own Mopar part cased the damage beyond a shadow of a doubt.

No worries... I did check the isolators that are installed and they are identical in shape and color so that relieves me a little... I did find the install manual and it has part#s for the 3.0 and 3.6.. unfortunately, someone in the service department didn't know their left from right... so my springs are correct front to back but reversed side to side, researching if that matters now.....
Thank for your reply.

EDIT: just got off the phone with MOPAR Tech Service and I guess the 2019 install manual is out of date. According to the new install manual, the parts are in the correct positions.. waiting for a copy... now to figure out the isolator issue or non-issue..lol

Here are measurements from the ground to the edge of the fender on stock vs lifted.

Stock Overland: 36.5" F / 39.75" R

JTO w2" Mopar: 39.75" F / 41" R
Not to get off track, but I like the JTO!!! I normally put JTA. But, I have an Overland as well and I like to stand out.

Glad you found another dealer. That dealer is a scam! I had mine installed at the dealer for free. But, that was back in Oct 2019 it was the first JT that they had a chance to lift. If it makes you feel any better, I have over 100,000 miles on my Mopar lift!?
