There are locking latches available, but that's another key to worry about.
I don't have the trail cam, but have often wondered if it's location could be changed. Same place in the vertical plane, but moved in the horizontal plane.

I have the hood lock that you key to the JK ignition key. Nice to not have to worry about another one.
