Jeep Gladiator Mopar lift Info please help B3B94152-EAEB-47F5-8D0B-0AAA22A9DDB9
I recently had the Mopar 2 inch lift installed by the dealer and had AEV wheels and 35 BFG KM3 installed at the same time. When I got home I noticed that the drivers side front tire sticks out a full inch further than the passengers side. I measured this with a level and tape measure. Can anyone check this out for me. The Dealer measured the one they have lifted on the showroom and it sticks out the same.

How could this get out of the shop without someone noticing and knows it needs a track bar adjustment? Parts changers not professional mechanics doing the work?

Does the mopar 2in lift come with a new track bar? The stock one is not adjustable so after a lift it is not surprising the front axle is a little uncentered...i am kinda surprised it is that far off though...maybe someone else with the 2in mopar lift can chime in?

I honestly was surprised it was and didn’t think any of it till I walked up to the Jeep from the front and saw it from there.

Apparently not since one was not adjusted. A qualified technician would of noticed and at a minimum suggest to the customer that an adjustable track bar was required for proper alignment.

My 2012 JK has a 2.5" AEV DualSport lift, professionally installed by Northridge 4x4. It is about the same amount off in front end axle alignment as the OP. The AEV 2.5" kit includes a rear track bar, but not a front. And they never really said anything to me about it either. So I would not necessarily disparage the mechanic or shop, they installed what you bought. I think I realized it at the time I paid for the lift, but it was never severe enough to cause a problem and over time I no longer noticed it. Until now. :)

But no more mods going into that Jeep, it will be helping to fund my Gator Gladiator. Which will get a new front track bar when I lift it this time.

I have the Mopar 2” lift and 37s. My driver’s side wheel was off by 1.5” after I installed the lift. The Mopar lift does not include an adjustable track bar and everything I read said it wouldn’t need one since it’s such a small amount of lift but when I installed the 37s, it’s essentially another 2” higher than the stock Rubicon 33s. I installed a JKS adjustable track bar last weekend and it brought everything back under center to within 1/8”.

Larger tires will have nothing to do with whether you’re axle is centered or not. Mopar also cheaped out by not having adjustable lower control arms.

So, I took some pics this week of my MOPAR lift to see about this exact same thing.

Mine is square, I watched the Tech on the last part of the install, AND wondered.
He put it on the ground and ran it back and forth straight 50 feet several times, THEN climbed under while on the ground and not turning the truck and started torqueing bolts.

He said that's what needed to be done to square it up, and here you go.

Driver side
