Got a 2022 jeep gladiator overland edition. Has 38k miles on it and anytime I wash it or it rains, the service 4WD flashes on the dash and can’t drive. Once shut off and turned back on it works fine. Also has check engine light for possible NOX sensor and some emissions. Took it to the dealership that was purchased from and they sent it off to a Chrysler dealer near them, supposedly they replaced the NOX sensors and flashed the PCM 2 times now. Got it back and was perfect, until it rained. So now it’s doing the same thing as before. The previous owner it seemed like maybe put a tune/zapped it before, not entirely sure, but the box for said tune was in the jeep but the tune was gone/missing. So now we are in a bind and not sure if we should take it to another dealership or if it’s an easy/something we can do ourselves.

Since it only flakes out when the truck gets wet, that would make me believe you have a loose harness/sensor connector or a wire bundle that's chafed and exposed to the elements thus leading to a short when you get water ingress. Being a diesel, the very first thing I would check is the wire harness that runs across from the transmission to the battery area -- this one is known to chafe or rest on the EGR pipe flange near the top of your DPF. I would check that along with the connector(s) on the transfer case.
