I got my jeep on an RTI ramp recently, it did surprisingly well 867.
I’m currently running Metalcloak 4.5” suspension(arms and springs) up front with drop brackets. No interference/issues up front.

In the rear I’m running skyjackers 4.5” springs and fixed arms. The wheel sensors are almost maxed out at full droop. I am replacing the rear control arms with MCs adjustable arms and correction brackets as well as the springs with the addition of a 1” spacer depending on how it sits.

I’m going to eventually replace the shocks and play with the bump stops but before I do I need to find a way to lengthen/reroute the rear brake lines and wheel sensors. Looking for ideas on that part.

I just bought the extended travel brake line kit that aFatBird suggested. Easy addition and definitely added some length. Have not maxed it out yet but should take care of my needs. 3" RK Adventure series with Falcon 3.3 long travel rear shocks.

I’ve had the Teraflex extended travel accessories on for ~14 months, no complaints about part quality, fit, function, even the instructions are good.

One thing, in the rear the extra slack in both the ABS wire and brake hose can end up loose, with higher potential for tangling than stock. I used spiral plastic wrap to clean it up and it’s worked out great

I did this very thing a few months ago. Meaning I extended my abs speed sensor cables to match the length of my extended metalcloak brake lines. I did a thread on it actually. I have the teraflex abs extensions and a set of Oem cables as trail spares, but didn’t like the solution as a plan A. I didn’t like that it required removing the frame support bracket where the abs cable connects to the main harness. I wanted to maintain secure top and bottom connections to protect the cable in full extension situations. So I extended my abs cables between the upper and lower support brackets. I’ll look for the thread I posted on this subject. From a durability standpoint, they’ve been bulletproof on 10 rated trails.

I’d check rear bump‑stop spacing since those sensors are getting close. A little more up‑travel control or slight arm adjustment in the rear should keep everything happy on full flex.
