So I didn’t test my new 4 line MORRFLATE hoses on my JT (background) because it doesn’t have the air hooked up yet (this week tho) but figured I’d share. The company was super cool to work with. The lines and kit and bag are all very quality. Zero leaks, easily rolled hoses and stout hardware. Took less than 5min to air my 37s up from varying PSIs. Fronts were both below 5 and above 3. Backs were 8 and 10psi. They all aired up to the same number. I run a dual ARB on this rig.

This is an amazing setup and one I have come to rely on many times, inflate and deflate times are super fast, especially when tied to an ARB dual. I could not be happier with MOORFlate. Pictures coming soon!

I have a dual ARB mounted under the passenger seat. I keep blowing on of the fuses when I get to my last tire. Any else had a similar issue?

I need to call them. The shop that installed it has done others with allegedly no issues. I had the shop that did my lift look at and they did not see anything wrong. I am wondering if it is building too much heat from being under the seat. I just installed seat lifters so we will see if that helps.

The ARB Twins are a phenomenal compressor but they push too much air to do 1 tire at a time. Tires can only accept about 2CFM of air and the Twin pushes 3x that. This causes a big backlog of pressure on the compressor and makes it run hotter, makes it pull more amps, and blows fuses and gaskets and seals. By running at least 3 tires at a time, it will free of the compressor and should fix your issue. I run a morrflate (https://morrflate.com) and wow, I have never run the air into or out of tires faster, and never blown a fuse.

interestingly enough, I used it today to inflate my 33s and a friends 35s with no issue at all, and only about three minutes of nonuse while my friend pulled his Jeep next to mine.

At the time I thought that what may have helped is that I installed seat risers last week so there was more airflow keeping it from overheating. What you say makes a lot of sense though and I have been wanting to get the Morrflate or a similar setup, so that may be on order this week.
