Most auto parts stores around me can have them in store in 24 hours.

I believe the size is not common so it's not stocked in store.

I went and picked one up a couple weekends ago. Despite what online availability showed, NAPA was the only store near me with one actually in stock. Got that same one ShadowsPapa posted. Cabin filter was in stock everywhere but not engine filter.

The diesel oil filter is the one that's difficult to locate.

I get the OEM filters from @AllMoparParts.com
I order a couple of each (oil, air, cabin) so I have them available when I need them.

When it's time for filters for mine, I'll be checking with Benny - in fact, I may go ahead and see about getting cabin filter for mine and cabin filter for my wife's Grand Cherokee so I have them on hand.

I had to special order one from my Oreilly. Took a week to get it. I got Wix filters for engine and cabin.

I doubt Mopar has an air filter factory.
Somebody makes them for them.

The diesel filters have been on back order for some time now. Mopar or otherwise not having a lot of luck.
