Has anyone found a rack or some stout added tiedown points that works well on our trucks and fits under a tonneau cover?

I don't need the chock features like this one, but would like to have the high center and high outboard tiedown points.

Trail rails or similar. I added my own using parts from a company that makes tiedowns for trucks and trailers and so on.

I added mounting points for the rails by drilling the bed and using rivnuts.

Works great for our ebikes.

Yea, had considered some of those rail types, but dont think they are stout enough for a 500-600 lb motorcycle.
I figure it needs to be 1000 to 1200 lb working load in case of an Awww Shit event.

Do you know what that is rated for?

Because the end spec will depend on how you attach it, to what, how many mounting points you use and more - they can't rate it generically. You could use only the 4 holes in the bed and it won't be as strong as mine with the added anchor points I installed in the bed.
The accessory tie points I have are rated for 4,000 pounds, they say properly installed, the track would be at least as strong.

IMO, if you use all of the anchor holes, it should be fine. But - it's your truck, your bike!

Yup, that sounds like it could work.
Would not have thought those stud fitting or the track would be rated that high. 👍

Has anyone found any readymade wheel chocks that work with the trail rail system? I'm specifically looking for something like this:

https://motoprohq.com/products/ez-chock

I often take a couple of bikes in the back (varies between my 150RB supermoto and dirt bikes up to 1000cc sport bikes) and would love removable chocks to not have to use Baxleys each time.

If not, how hard would it be to swap out the front trail rail with an e track? Is that pretty plug and play or is there additional drilling and all kinds of other shenanigans involved?

I just made my own out of scrap aluminum and bought a little package of slide nuts off Amazon that goes into the rail.

I'm preparing to move and this thread made me realize that the ramps I used on my Dakota will probably be about vertical on the Gladiator

Pictures of the wheel chock and the ramp I use on my lifted gladiator. One side is stairs the other a normal motorcycle ramp. Handles an 890 and me at 220 pounds without a problem

Thanks for sharing the pics.

I found the path of least resistance was just to buy some l-track rails and swap out the OEM rail system. I thought I wouldn't like the silver and was looking for black, but it's growing on me.
