Get an attorney and move quickly on the divorce. Any action taken now, assuming divorce is inevitable within the next year or so, will multiply complexity during mediation. Her new car is now your 3rd car with a note.

Won’t give you any life advice as I’m just a stranger on the internet but I will tell you that if you want a Gladiator, theres no reason to buy a Wrangler. Pretty sure you can find a damn nice used one for whatever you would pay for that wrangler.
