My experience with Oracle

So on June 5th, 2023 I bought a set of flush tail lights from Oracle. Install went well, used tazer to turn on led tails. Everything worked
Last week I noticed that the left turn was not flashing, right worked fine.
Reached out to Oracle on fb, they emailed me, after 2 pleasant emails with Brittany, a link was sent to me for checkout, price???
$17.44 for shipping only, new lights will arrive Tuesday.
I am more than thrilled.
As a reminder, the tails have a 1 year warranty, so it was easy for them to say " so sorry", but they stepped up.
