My navigation system will not load locations in Canada

On my 2020 JT Rubicon the navigation system will not load locations in Canada. Has anyone encountered or found a way to get this added? I took it to my dealer and they said it would need to be done online. The only updates I’ve found online are for the existing maps. Thanks for the help

Interesting, would have thought the navigation maps would include both USA and Canada.

I'd still update it even if it says it is. I could have a bad file in it's last update. the dealer should be able to reset the head unit and update it though. weird that they said they couldn't

Use Apple or Android Play and by-pass the internal nav system. I think I read somewhere that Canada was not included in the updates but not sure.
