MY22 Only - Anyone moved to D1?

i was wondering if that was the instrument cluster but since i didn't see the 8.4 listed in the build I'm assuming they didn't add it when i asked them to.

'21 custom built Willys here.
I was between the 8.4 and 7" as well. The 8.4" was a lot of cash extra and you had to get the premium audio too.
I went with the 7" and thought I had made a mistake.
The car came and the 7" is great. The resolution is awesome, it's not blocky at all. It is nice and crisp. The screen is the right size, I don't have any issues or regrets. They are basically the same interface, minus the built in Nav and the offroad pages which take a while to load. The offroad pages are available in the cluster screen as well.

So don't be bummed, the 7" will be great. It has android auto and carplay. I like it a lot and will not be upgrading to 8.4 like I originally planned to. My expectations were very low due to forum preference of 8.4.

No, dealer... although what prompted me to call him was JC changed their pat answer from "we're collecting materials... blah blah" to "All materials are in and you've been sequenced for build..." But they don't know codes or dates

But instead of rewinding 18 pages: I ordered 10/26 from a local Ohio dealer. Rubicon MT.

Looking at the current average, you should be somewhere near 12/18...

I just checked with Jeep chat and they said all the required materials have been gathered and the plant has sequenced my order for production. Ordered 10/25, est ship date from Gupton is 11/8.

You mean 12/8?

Perfect timing though. I'm in the middle of a credit issue (loan attempts are being made under my name with WeBank out of China, and my Equifax and TransUnion scores have both dropped almost 60 points, though my Fico8 has only dropped like 5 points).

So hopefully I can get my credit rating and history restored prior to delivery.

... followed by not-so-great news. Sorry to hear that. I have a 7-year "fraud alert" on my credit report for similar reasons. Credit cards... a HOUSE... crazy stuff. Now whenever I apply for credit, I get a call almost immediately from the bank where I have to verify my identity.

I actually have some active credit monitoring tools and a subscription, which is how I found out about it. It'll all be fine, but unfortunately it takes longer to dispute everything, prove myself, and wait for it all to disappear than it does for some trash people to plug my social into an app.

Just got off the phone with jeep customer care, she stated that they have started the build process of my jtrd. As stated earlier in the post my dealer gave me a ship date of 11/24 however when I spoke to the nice lady on the phone she said my ship date was 11/28. Not a big deal just interesting. But the good news is they are starting to build our Jeeps!!
