Mysterious plastic pieces under seats. What are these?

Purchased a Gladiator the other day and found three identical plastic pieces in a bubble wrap bag under the rear seats. Have tried looking around for answers what these are, but can't seem to find any. They are ~7-8" in length. Anyone know what these are for?
