Transfer Case maybe, sometimes it's as easy as going to a non-paved lot and driving around shifting into 4hi, 4lo, reverse and giving each gear a minute to get some use.
If you’re only going that slow, do you have a friend or family member that can walk up front and listen for it? Have a look at those sensor clip on mechanic listening ears and place them around until you can find ground zero then go back in with what you find.
Ya, forget waiting time at the dealership for round one diagnostics. Find ground zero then go in and tell them. These people, some love their jobs, others don’t and wish they were fishing, don’t care.

YOu say turning left, but is it just turning, or specifically when turned to lock, going left? I agree, it sounded like a Power steering pump issue. it is possible they installed a faulty unit when replacing it. If thay cant fix it I'd start investigating your states lemon law.
