Naming Your JT - Some Will, Some A, and Why

Mine isn't here yet, but it has been decided I will name it Achilles. Already ordered rubicon replacement decals (in the signature). Didnt want a typical gladiator name like maximus or Spartacus. Chose Achilles because that bed hanging over the back wheels is gonna be the achilles heel for this thing offroad.

I've never named a 4 wheel vehicle that I've owned until now. It took me almost 3 weeks to put on the first 300 miles, then I took a 3600 mile solo trip to Utah and back in 5 days. By the end of day one and over 1500+ miles it's name was Vlad. Fortunately Vlad likes Hawaiian prints as much as I do.

All my vehicles get names. Currently I’ve got “Joules” in the garage right now (and parked beside her gas station) waiting on me to finally pick a color and order her stablemate .

Mine (She) is going to be named H.O.G. with a Rubicon like sticker across the hood that says H.O.G. 8541 which stands for Hunter of Gunmen and the Marine Corps designation for Scout Sniper since that is what I did in the Marines.Working on planning out the colors for the graphics now but planning on doing this HOG head on the Hood and two little side decals of it where the original Jeep logo was. Plus she will get to play in the mud.

I have always named my cars/motorcycles vehicles after women - Kate Upton (BMW Gs1200 - big and bouncy), Monica Bellucci (Ducati)...err you get the idea. This one didn't get a name until recently and it's a dude.
