If you are looking for an inexpensive cover. These two work well.

I have the oryx one. Install was easy.
Only thing i will compain about is that the left side would not latch properly. I had put a piece of cork under the inside of the rail and force it closed. I think the plastic on the top of the bed causes the aluminum rail to pitch downward when clamped.

I tried the Tyger one but wasn't happy with the closure, it opened on me on the highway a few times. Returned it and got the RUgged Ridge soft roll, love it! There is/was a rebate for $50 cash adn $50 gift card at quadratec.

I have the Access Lorado. It’s a little more speedy but the quality is top notch all around. Installed myself in under an hour.

Doesn’t roll up but in my opinion doesn’t get any higher quality than a Diamondback cover.

Side note: not sure why this is listed in Marketplace though

I have an Access Literider and it's really good for the price. It also works with most bed racks. If you think a bed rack could ever be in your future make sure whatever cover you choose will work with one.

Depends a lot on your intended usage.
Tbh a bed cap like an RSI would be perfect for me but I don’t like the look of that as much so stayed with a cover.

I have a hard roll up Bak x4. Love that it is fairly secure compared to a soft cover, if you’re worried about that. They have rails on the sides, and you can easily put in Yakima or other rack systems to carry trays, bikes, skis…
The only catch is if we’re all loaded to go somewhere, and I’m carrying stuff on the rack, it’s hard to roll it up and access the bed. You also can’t fit anything too tall under there, as I found out looking at fridges (about 17” height under cover, some are taller).
These are the only things that I don’t like, but I don’t like the looks of a huge bed rack (don’t tent and wouldn’t need it hardly ever) and cover combo or a hard cap.
Really thought about a diamondback initially, but doesn’t solve that issue.

If I was starting over, I’d buy a truck covers USA retractable hard cover. They also have rails on the sides so you can fit Yakima racks on top, and you could still get into the bed. The Yakima/Thule/rhino racks are really easy to take off their mounts, I just unlock the mounts and lift off the racks when we’re not using them.

Downsides for the retractable are it eats up bed space in the front, but I could live with that. I’m not sure if you can put in any molle panels or anything, but it sounds like you have to take out the trail rails if you have them.

So I’m pretty happy keeping the Bak until I need to carry more and I’ll probably just switch to a cap…
