@IamPro2AIf you have kept the firmware in your Tazer up to date, you no long have to unmarry and remove the Tazer befoe taking to the dealer, unless you are concerned that your dealer may be a Richard about warranty issues over it. This feature was added maybe a year or so ago.

If you had the opportunity to speak with Joe at ZAutomotive about unmarry ... he would undoubtedly expound on the info you have the blue arrow pointing to and say to you ....
One tidbit to keep in mind.... A major reason why you want to unmarry the Tazer JL before a Dealership Service Department visit.
The Tazer JL doesn't write to the PCM, it writes to the BCM.
When the dealer does a flash update that had a BCM config change to go along with it, well it could/may , when you finally/eventually unmarry, after the dealer did their work...... have the process writing the old value back which undo's what the dealer programmed. Not great....
The truly savvy Tazer JL owner always will unmarry it before the vehicle goes into the Dealership Service Department.
