Need help identifing these

Found these in the glove box over the weekend and was wondering where they go on the jeep. I guessing somewhere in the bed part.

Bed tie downs - lower corner near cab.

There are 2 sets in the bed. 1 loop on each of the 4 corners in the bed. Probably removed when the bed was lined (assuming it is) and then didn’t get put back in.

That's exactly what I was thinking. It is bedlined so I'll take a look after it stops raining and see if I can located where they go. Appreciate the response.
