Need some help with the TSB for steering!

Just got off the phone with my service manager friend! No really he’s a high school buddy! im having a wondering issue in the Gladiator it’s always been there but i has gotten worse. Like 1.5” to the right and 1.5” to the left. He said he can’t find it. Does anybody know what the tsb number is? Something I can show him to get this dealt with?

He's a service manager and you had to direct him to the steering box TSB? Really?

Kind of my thought too. bu he’s only been there a couple months! So I figured I’d try to help him…..
