From what I've read I think so.

I put 35’s on my 2021 Willy’s without a lift for a couple weeks and it was fine. I was nervous for the few weeks before I installed a 2.5” lift but there were no issues.

yes same as the rubicon and mojave front fenders

It’s a 2023, bought it in early January. My spouse has a Wrangler Willys (22) and we put the lift on first.??‍

I’m just trying to find a precise yes or no..lol

At some point, Moab. Right now we off road my spouse’s Willys until I get tires, lift, bumpers, winch, etc.

I’m just trying to determine in what order I do those things at this point.

All based on priority. Lift will look better with bigger tires, but you can get by on bigger tires if you don't do the extreme off-roading. Winch you could add first, but then you would have to counter the weight up front on the lift.

35s fitting on stock your mileage may vary (YMMV) but if you search the forum, you’ll find a lot of people making it work with minor rubbing.
