Nope. Sounds like the belt might be slipping a hair.

My JT started that same squeal the same day the Dealer replaced the HPFP so I called the service advisor and he said they never touched the serpentine belt or pulleys, but there could be fluid on the belt and would eventually stop, I made an appointment anyway then the squeal stopped the day of the appointment so I canceled and it was back that evening and is still there after three months and will have them check it at next oil change. I stand in front of my JT while it's running everyday and manually open the Garage Door and that squeal was never there until the day they replaced the HPFP it is as bad as fingernails on a chalk board!

Almost sounds like a bearing. I would clean/wipe down the belt and see if any if the pullys/tensioner have any play. I would not think that sound is from the HPFP, but rather something that they did putting it back together, so I would also study the procedure for replacing the pump and check around those areas.

As a suggestion, You can use this old-timers trick.
Get yourself about a 3ft length, wooden dowel or a piece of an old garden hose, put one end at your ear and use the other end to search for the noise, believe it or not, it will help you hone in on it. You should find the squeel no problem.

* just a curiosity, do you run a lubricant additive in your fuel ?

Good luck hunting it down.
